The association of amateur circuses of Russia is not limited only to frameworks; the Association actively cooperates with various state and public associations, organizations. Having highly skilled staff of the trainers, teachers in the field of a circus, its experts frequently participate as the advisers, probationers in other adjacent arts on a circus, some of them teach at foreign circus schools.

Taking into account the large interest to circus art in Russia, the Association of amateur circuses through local bodies of self-management in many cities has taken part in organization of circus schools with the profound study of art of a circus. In 2001 on the basis of the Moscow state university of culture and arts the rate of the directors of a circus especially for the chiefs amateur circuses is formed.

The all-Russian public organization «Association of amateur circuses of Russia» is  registered in the Ministry of Justice of October 6, 2000 N 3954 and unites all amateur circus collectives of Russia, in which more than 5000 children in the age of from 5 till 18 years are trained to circus art. The chiefs of collectives — they the directors, ballet trainers, trainers etc help them in statement of circus numbers. The amateur circus collectives of Russia exist rather long time some more than 50 pupils of amateur circuses of Russia for last 5 years have won prize-winning places on many prestigious circus international festivals in Paris, Monte-Carlo, Wisbadden, Norchopping, Warsaw and others. Besides festivals the whole collectives of amateur circuses successfully go on tour abroad: France, USA, Emirates, Turkey, Belgium, China and others.

With the purposes of an exchange of experience and improvement of professional skill in various cities of Russia regional review-competitions of amateur circuses annually are taking place. In circus collectives of amateur circuses of Russia children invalids from childhood — deaf mutes, with infringements of the impellent device and others are frequently involved. There are circus collectives, which specialize only at work with children-invalids. In many collectives are engaged hard-educated teenagers. Frequently advertising agencies address to services of Association with the purpose of participation in the advertising companies of some firms.
